PLA marble material is a 3D printed wire material that mimics the texture of marble, combining the environmentally friendly properties of polylactic acid (PLA) with the aesthetic texture of marble. It has the following characteristics:

1. Realistic texture: Contains mineral particles or special pigments, the printed product presents natural marble patterns, enhancing artistic and decorative qualities.
2. High precision printing: retaining the low shrinkage rate and good layer adhesion of PLA, suitable for printing complex models, home accessories, and architectural details.
3. Environmental protection and safety: Made of biodegradable PLA as the substrate, non-toxic and odorless, in compliance with green manufacturing standards.
4. Workability: The printing temperature is moderate (190-220 ℃), compatible with most FDM printers, and does not require special hardware support.
5. Lightweight and durable: Compared to real stone, it is lighter and has the rigidity of PLA, making it suitable for decorative ornaments, lighting fixtures, and other applications.

Q1. Where is your factory located?

A1: We are a manufacturer, located in 88 Feicui Road, Jinnan street, Lin'an District, Hangzhou city, China.

Q2. Do you have any certificate on your 3D printer filament?

A2: Yes, all of our products have CE,FCC,certificate and ROHS certificate

Q3. Can I get free samples?

A3: Yes, some samples are free for customer, but you need to pay for the express fee. More details please send message to our sales service.

Q4. What is the MOQ for 3D Printer filament order?

A4:500g filament free(not for freight) for sample checking is available, After sample confirmation, a small order trial opportunity can be provided. But the MOQ for formal ordering is 500KG.

Q5. Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products?

A5: Yes, of course. We have 10 years of OEM manufacturing experience. For more detail please send message to our sales service.

Q6: What package do you use for the products?

A6: Usually we have professional retail package for the products.Food grade Vacuum bag & desiccant inside, then in carton.

Q7. Can we visit your factory?

A7: Yes.Warmly welcome you visit our factory . Due to too many visiting requirements, Please make an appointment with our sales service. Customers who have placed an ordered will have priority.

Q8. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A8: lt's about 5-7 days for air freight, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation,this also depend on your area.

Q9. What payment method do you accept?

A9: We are acceptable T/T, L/C, Paypal,Credit Card, Alipay etc. (Usually we adopt T/T term. 30% T/T in advance as deposit,70% balance payment before shipment.) If you have other inquiries, please contact us to talk more.

A10: For all the products, we have one-year warranty.All of our goods are 100% tested working before sent to you.In case there are unexpected damages during delivery, please do check before yousign for the package. A4:1.Please tell us which filament type,Quantitiy,color you want to order. 2. Tell us your details address with zip code.( if by sea pls tell us your sea port ) 3. We will make PI(perform invoice) with shipping cost for your order to confirm. 4.
