PLA anti-static wire is a functional 3D printing material that adds anti-static agents to traditional PLA, and has the following core characteristics:
1. Electrostatic protection: The surface resistance is significantly reduced (10 ^ 6-10 ^ 9 Ω), effectively eliminating the problem of electrostatic adsorption on printed parts and protecting sensitive electronic components.
2. Precision printing: retaining the excellent dimensional stability of PLA (shrinkage rate<0.3%), strong interlayer bonding, suitable for high-precision molding of 0.1mm.
3. Industrial compatibility: Printing temperature of 190-210 ℃, compatible with over 90% FDM equipment, supports high-speed printing of 50-100mm/s.
4. Dual effect environmental protection: The substrate is biodegradable PLA, the anti-static agent meets RoHS standards, and there is no heavy metal pollution.
5. Multi functional applications: Especially suitable for anti-static scenarios such as electronic fixtures, chip trays, laboratory consumables, etc., with surface resistance fluctuations<15%.
Note: It is recommended to control the humidity of the printing environment at 40-60% to optimize the anti-static effect.
