PLA conductive 3D printing wire is a functional material modified by adding carbon based materials such as carbon fiber, graphene, or carbon black, with the following core characteristics:
1. Conductivity: The volume resistivity can reach 10 ^ 0-10 ^ 3 Ω· cm, supporting static dissipation, electromagnetic shielding, and simple circuit printing;
2. Intelligent compatibility: retaining the basic characteristics of PLA (melting point 160-180 ℃), compatible with standard FDM printers (nozzle recommended ≥ 0.4mm);
3. Structural enhancement: Adding carbon fiber increases bending strength by 40% while reducing thermal expansion coefficient;
4. Industrial grade applications: suitable for electronic integration scenarios such as non-contact electrodes, sensor prototypes, and EMI resistant enclosures;
5. Operation warning: Grounding treatment is required during printing. It is recommended to have a layer thickness of 0.2mm and a printing speed of ≤ 40mm/s to reduce resistance fluctuations.
