PLA silk rainbow 3D printing wire is a functional material with unique rainbow effect and silky texture. Its main features include:
1. Colorful gradient: Using special rainbow coating technology, the printed part presents a dynamic rainbow color effect with the change of light angle, without the need for later coloring;
2. Silk texture: The surface has a matte and smooth texture, with a delicate touch and better hidden layer effect than ordinary PLA (roughness Ra<1.6 μ m);
3. High precision molding: Optimized flow formula (melt index 15g/10min), supports printing with ultra-thin layer thickness of 0.05mm, and improves detail restoration by 30%;
4. Environmental safety: Passed EN71-3 toy safety certification, free of heavy metals, suitable for contact applications such as jewelry and creative gifts;
5. Intelligent temperature control: It is recommended to print at a temperature of 185-200 ℃, and the cooling rate should be controlled below 30% to avoid fading of the rainbow effect.
(Note: It is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles to reduce color deviation caused by material wear)
