The printed product can Opaque when the thickness is ≥ 0.8mm.
PETG opaque wire is a functional 3D printing material designed specifically for high shading requirements, with the following core features:
1. 100% light blocking: achieved through high-density filler formula to achieve complete light blocking (light transmittance<0.1%), suitable for anti leakage scenes such as optical instruments and photography equipment;
2. Engineering grade strength: Maintain the characteristics of PETG substrate (tensile strength ≥ 50MPa), while raising the thermal deformation temperature to 80 ℃;
3. Stable molding: Optimize flow characteristics (melt index 12g/10min), effectively eliminate interlayer pores, and ensure structural density;
4. Industrial adaptation: Printing temperature of 230-250 ℃, equipped with hardened steel nozzle (recommended ≥ 0.5mm), compatible with mainstream industrial grade FDM equipment;
5. Safety certification: Passed UL94 V-2 flame retardant certification and ROHS testing, in compliance with industrial protection standards such as electronic enclosures.
(Note: The printing platform needs to be preheated to 85 ℃ to avoid edge warping)
