PETG luminous wire is a functional 3D printing material that combines PETG durability and long-lasting light storage characteristics. Its core features are as follows:
1. Long term luminescence: Add rare earth aluminate light storage agent, absorb light for 5 minutes, and continuously emit light for more than 8 hours (initial brightness ≥ 6000mcd/m ²);
2. Dual mode color rendering: presenting a delicate semi transparent texture under sunlight, emitting optional fluorescent colors such as blue-green/yellow green in dark places (wavelength 520-550nm);
3. Enhanced performance: On the basis of retaining PETG impact resistance (IZOD ≥ 85J/m), achieve V-1 level flame retardant characteristics;
4. Industrial grade durability: improved weather resistance, with a luminous efficiency retention rate of>90% after 500 hours of ultraviolet irradiation;
5. Precise printing: Optimized particle size distribution (D50 ≤ 15 μ m), supports 0.2mm thin layer printing, and is compatible with high temperature nozzles ranging from 235-245 ℃.
(Note: It is recommended to use a closed printer to reduce ambient light interference and light storage effect)
