PETG anti-static 3D printing wire is a special material designed specifically for the electronics industry and precision manufacturing, with the following core features:
1. Efficient anti-static: The surface resistance is stable at 10 ^ 6-10 ^ 8 Ω, and the static decay time is less than 2 seconds (in accordance with IEC 61340-5-1 standard);
2. Engineering grade physical properties: While maintaining excellent toughness of PETG (elongation at break>150%), the hot deformation temperature is increased to 78 ℃;
3. Precision adaptation: Optimize the dispersion of conductive fillers, support 0.1mm thin layer printing, and improve detail resolution by 20% compared to ordinary PETG;
4. Industrial compatibility: High temperature printing at 240-260 ℃ is required. It is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles (≥ 0.4mm) to reduce wear and tear;
5. Long term stability: The anti-static performance can be maintained for more than 12 months in a 50% RH environment, suitable for scenarios such as chip loading and testing fixtures.
(Note: Dry at 60 ℃ for 4 hours before printing to ensure material properties)
