★Product Features
The TPU filaments with a hardness of 98A are sourced from polyester TPU.Based on the excellent abrasion resistance and adhesive properties of TPU, the printed product can be directly used . Currently widely it is used in the fields of shoe materials and flexibility requirements. Its hardness is moderate and its compatibility with printers is higher than that of TPU 85A . Pure TPU has a transparent color and it has good adhesion.
1.Due to its softness, the filaments in 1.75mm diameter are not suitable for 3D printers with remote wire feeding. Recommend a short-range wire feeding printer, the shorter the wire feeding distance of the printer, the better its printing product will be.
2.Due to the softness of TPU 98A, the traditional spring pressure wire feeding structure is prone to flattening of consumables and unstable wire feeding in the structure of 3D printer extruders. So It is recommended to use a fixed distance dual wheel wire feeding structure.
3.Due to the softness of TPU 98A, the channel from the extruder to the nozzle needs to be closed, otherwise the wire cannot be fed.
