★ Product Features
TPE elastomer filaments are made of low melting point TPE composite materials that have been specially polymerized and modified. The melting point of 39D is around 175 ℃. Compared to TPU elastomer consumables, this filament has better fluidity and lower water absorption rate. During the printing process, there is less wire drawing, resulting in lower sensitivity to temperature and faster printing speed compared to TPU with the same hardness. The printed product can withstand a heat resistance temperature of over 100 ℃ under stress free conditions.
1. Due to its softness, TPE in 1.75mm diameter is not suitable for 3D printers with remote wire feeding. Recommend a short-range wire feeding printer, the shorter the wire feeding distance of the printer, the better the products will be.
2. Due to the softness of TPE, traditional spring pressure wire feeding structures are prone to flattening filaments and unstable wire feeding in 3D printer extruder structures. Therefore, it is recommended to use a fixed distance dual wheel wire feeding structure.
3. Due to the softness of TPE, the channel from the extruder to the nozzle needs to be closed, otherwise it cannot be fed.
4. Due to the high molding shrinkage rate of TPE, it is recommended to establish a base during printing to prevent edge warping. At the same time, it is recommended to reduce the cooling speed or not turn on the cooling fan when establishing the base.
