★Product Features
PBT filaments are made of specially modified PBT and glass fiber composite. The bending modulus of the material is about 800MPa. The toughness of this consumable is more than 6 times that of PLA. The printing temperature is relatively low, which is close to the printing conditions of PLA. The printed product can withstand a heat resistance temperature of around 100 ℃ under stress free conditions. Printed products can be used as structural components.
1. PBT filaments, due to their low hardness and good flow ability, do not require excessive tension during printing wire feeding.
2. PBT filaments have a slower crystallization rate. To increase the thermal deformation temperature of the product, it is recommended to turn off the product cooling fan and raise the bottom plate temperature to 60 ℃ during printing.
3. PBT can be used for high-speed printers. Due to the significant difference between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature of the 3D printer nozzle, the final printing temperature may differ from the reference temperature.
