★ Product Features
It is made of special nylon with low crystallinity and high rigidity. The material has high bonding strength and a hot deformation temperature of 80-85 ℃. Nylon has a certain moisture absorption, so online drying and printing are recommended. Drying temperature: 70-75 ℃.
The composite material of PA (nylon) and carbon fiber combines the toughness of nylon and the reinforcement effect of carbon fiber, and has the following characteristics:
1. High strength and rigidity: Carbon fiber significantly enhances the mechanical properties of nylon, with tensile strength and modulus far higher than pure nylon;
2. Lightweight: Low density, over 50% lighter than metal, suitable for weight reduction needs in automobiles, aviation, and other industries;
3. Heat resistance improvement: The heat deformation temperature is increased, and it can be used for a short period of time in environments above 150 ° C;
4. Wear resistance and fatigue resistance: Carbon fiber enhances friction resistance, suitable for moving parts;
5. Dimensional stability: low moisture absorption, reducing deformation of nylon caused by water absorption;
6. Conductivity/Thermal Conductivity: Carbon fiber endows the material with electromagnetic shielding or thermal conductivity functions.
