★Product Features
PP filaments are obtained by composite modification of PP, glass fiber, and other additives. Due to the addition of fiberglass, the printed product surface has a matte effect. The layer pattern of the printed product is not obvious, making the appearance of the product more exquisite. Meanwhile, due to the slow cooling rate of PP, the inter layer bonding strength of the product is relatively high. Thanks to the melting point of PP approaching 160 ℃, the printed products can withstand temperatures up to 100 ℃ under stress free conditions.
1. PP filaments, due to their low hardness and good fluidity, do not require excessive tension during printing when feeding wire.
2. PP filaments have poor adhesion performance to ordinary printing substrates and are prone to edge warping. Therefore, it is recommended to use a porous plate type substrate or apply tire sealant to the substrate. After the glue solidifies, print without heating the bottom plate.
